Welcome to Taste - An introduction to Awakening Feminine Leadership - a 4-week foundational course!
Taste is an introductory course to Awakening Feminine Leadership. Awakening Feminine Leadership represents a new paradigm for Feminine Leadership, where women are invited to stand and embody their pleasure, power and presence, inviting joy and strength, an anti-dote to burn-out and people-pleasing and a new way of regulating the nervous system. This feminine, present and embodied leadership is key in unleashing the passion, power and attraction needed to flourish in the ever-increasing complexity in today’s world overall as a leader and in the business world.
The course will give you a foundational understanding of what Awakening Feminne Leadership is together with concrete practices that can be applied during and after the course.
Taste is the first digital course that Awakening Feminine Leadership and Lovisa Alsén is offering, and it’s a four-week digital course that can be taken at any time. Taste consists of the following modules: pleasure, power, presence and practice. In the last module, Lovisa has invited Fanny Norlin to share how Feminine Leadership has impacted her, the model Fanny Norlin has developed to work with the polarities of the feminine and the masculine in net-worked based organizations, in a creative and generative cycle.
Introduction to Awakening Feminine Leadership & the Feminine
An introductory session to understand the basic concepts of Awakening Feminine Leadership and the Feminine. During the session you will learn the structure of the course, as well as learn how to get the most out of the course.
Module 1. Pleasure
Pleasure is the corner-stone of Awakening Feminine Leadership. Pleasure represents an aligning with life-force and moving towards what we want, instead of getting caught in what we don’t want. The nervous system needs pleasure to be able to relax and to be able to move into expansion. When women (estrogen-based bodies) also connect with their jewels and wombs (genitals), and when Eros is activated, a whole new level of creative energy is released. We go from being burned out idealists to turned-on pragmatics, and we can relate to life and leadership with playfulness and a glean in our eyes.
Module 2. Power
Power is the second foundational pillar for Awakening Feminine Leadership, and it’s focused on activating an inner power stemming from the belly center that enables women to set clear boundaries and move away from people-pleasing and being a ’good girl’. When the embodied power is activated, there is a fierce and grounded presence, imagine the presence of a black panther, it’s deeply powerful, and therefore can also be vulnerable and surrender. There is no need to prove anything to anyone, and the world is your oyster.
Module 3. Presence
Presence is the third essential module for Awakening Feminne Leadership, which shows us how we move from a doing-state to a being-state, which is at the core of Awakening Feminine Leadership. It can’t be ‘done’ or even ‘shown’; it has to be experienced. This particular form of full presence supports us to move into an embodied form of mindfulness that offers a hereness and an ability to show up in our authentic selves.
Module 4. Practice: Feminine Leadership in Business
Practice is the fourth module where you will be given practices on how to apply the first three modules in your life, as a leader and in the business world. I invite guest teacher Fanny Norlin, a student of my teachings, a friend and partner where we share our findings about how Feminine Leadership can be applied in sisterhood and in organizations.
Embodiment practices & Reflections
Throughout the mini-course, you will learn different embodiment practices, including a honey-meditation together with inquiry-based reflections that you can write down on your own or invite a friend to take the mini-course with you and practice together.
Supporting Inspirational Emails
As you take the digital course, you will be supported to stay on track, and to reconnect to pleasure, power and presence, synced with the modules, through inspirational emails. These emails are automatically synced based on your progress in the course, and are inspirational with invitations to practice what you are learning continuously.

In this final part of the foundational course, you will get a summary, as well as some suggestestions for your next steps.

Lovisa Alsén
Lovisa Alsén is the founder and creator of Awakening Feminine Leadership, which she started in 2016. Since then, Awakening Feminine Leadership has become a movement in Scandinavia, awakening women leaders to pleasure, power and presence. Lovisa Alsén has a MSc in International Economics and has built and led several companies and organizations. She lived for 15 years in Los Angeles and San Francisco, working with top leaders in Hollywood and Silicon Valley. For the past 20 years, she has developed her own programs, teaching cutting-edge leadership and entrepreneurship for women in business, always including mindfulness, yoga and soul. Lovisa follows her inner red thread and has explored and taught in most spiritual practices and experiences, including Tantra, Shamanism, and other non-duality teachings, all confirming what she knew as a child. Fanny Norlin
For the past 10 years, Fanny has lived and breathed innovative leadership and decentralized organizing. She has a background in engineering and business where her experiences range from founding NGOs to C-level management. Five years ago, Fanny was introduced to Lovisa’s work with feminine leadership and has since been a passionate student of her work, which has had and is having a profound impact on her as a woman and leader. After having applied this practice of feminine leadership during four years in the management team of one of Sweden's largest ecommerces and seeing the impact on herself and her organization, Fanny is unlocking the keys around why and how awakening the Feminine in businesses is the most impactful work we can do to be able to navigate and flourish in the emerging post-industrial business landscape.
